简介了EBZ230型掘进机液压系统的组成及恒功率LDRS控制系统组成结构、工作原理及特性。该机型采用LDRS控制系统通过负载敏感阀、压力切断阀和恒功率阀实现对系统流量和压力的控制,从而使各液压元件动作满足操作者需求和负载变化,避免了流量损失,同时控制系统最高压力,防止系统压力过高,损坏液压元件。实践证明,该液压系统各参数设定及液压元件配置合理,且在制造和使用中严格控制了液压油对系统的污染。

The paper briefly introduced EBZ230 roadheader about composition of hydraulic system,as well as structure and working principle and characteristics of constant power LDRS control system.The roadheader adopted LDRS control system to control the system flow and pressure by load sensitive valve,pressure cutoff valve and constant power valve,thus each hydraulic element can operate to satisfy operators demands and load changes,so as to avoid the flow loss and limit the maximum pressure of control system,prevent overhigh pressure of system to damage hydraulic components.The practices show that the settings of hydraulic system parameters and configuration of hydraulic components are reasonable,and the contamination of hydraulic oil to the system is strictly limited during production and employment.
