摘要
综述了平板输送机的常见故障及特点,阐明了其产生机理,从方案设计和工程实际应用两方面提出了相应的解决措施,提出了设计过程中运用分析设计、制造过程中采用新工艺以及安装过程中注意关键要素的新观点。
The common faults and characteristics of the flat top conveyor were summarized,and the occurrence mechanisms were introduced.The solutions were put forward from the view of scheme designing and practical application.Moreover,the application of analytical design to the designing,application of new technology to manufacture process and key points need to pay attention to at installation were proposed.
