摘要
根据南桐选煤厂高硫洗矸综合加工利用的工艺要求,采用短锥旋流器对该选煤厂8~0.5mm和3~0.5mm粒级的高硫洗矸进行了选硫和选煤试验。从试验结果看,其分选效果完全能满足实际工艺要求,达到了简化工艺、提高硫回收率及保证沸腾煤质量的试验目的。
Based on the technical requirements of comprehensive utilization of the high-sulphur coal rock in Nantong Coal Preparation Plant,the experiment on coal and sulfur separation has been carried out using 8~0.5mm and 3~0.5mm granularity level high-sulfur coal rock with short cone cyclone.The experiment results show that the separation effect completely satisfies the practical demands,and it achieves the goal of simplifying technological process,improving sulfur recovery rate and ensuring boil-coal quality.
