技术的进步和用户需求的增加促使全球信息系统进入一个竞争和多业务供应商的环境,这对电信管理网中传统的业务管理观念提出了挑战.文章在分析了业务管理新思想的基础上,重点讨论了实现这种业务管理的技术要求、业务管理模型以及多域管理的问题,对当今各运营商以及网管系统的研究和开发具有重要的指导意义.
Advancing technology and increasing customer demand are driving the global information system into a competitive and multiple service provider environment. This is a challenge to the traditional concepts of service management. Based on the analysis of the new concepts of service management, this paper discusses the required technology, service management model and multi-domain management to realize the service management. This topic is very important and instructive to telecom operators and today' s network management.
