海杧果叶中有机酸类成分研究

Organic acids from leaves of Cerbera manghas

目的研究半红树植物海杧果Cerbera manghas叶中的有机酸类成分。方法通过多种柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从海杧果叶中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为间羧基苯乙酸（1）、对羟基苯甲酸（2）、原儿茶酸（3）、对羟基桂皮酸（4）、间羧基苯甲酸（5）、香草酸（6）、丁二酸（7）。结论化合物1为新天然产物,化合物2-6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Objective To study the organic acids in the leaves of Cerbera manghas.Methods The con-stituents were isolated by repeated column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral data analyses.Results Seven compounds were obtained and determined to be m-carboxyphenylacetic acid（1）,p-hydroxybenzoic acid（2）,protocatechuic acid（3）, p-hydroxycinnamic acid（4）,isophthalic acid（5）,vanillic acid（6）,and succinic acid（7）.Conclusion Compound 1 is a new natural product,compounds 2-6 are obtained from the plants of Cerbera L.for the first time.
