摘要
采用空间—角度复用的三维盘式全息存储技术,在盘状掺铁铌酸锂晶体的一个扇区内,沿5个轨道存储了1万幅高分辨率的二值图像。存储密度达104Gb/cm3,并获得了均匀的衍射效率,其值为(34±07)×10-5。本文给出了多轨道存储主要参数的确定方法及实验达到的存储器性能指标。实验验证结果与理论分析符合较好,表明三维盘式全息存储在超大容量信息存储技术中的应用前景。
high resolution images have been stored in a sector(divided into 5 tracks) of a LiNbO 3:Fe crystal using spatioangular multiplexing with a spherical reference beam.A storage density up to 1.04Gb/cm 3 and the diffraction efficiency (3.4±0.7)×10 -5 with good uniformity have been achieved.In this paper the recording parameter of multi track storage and the achieved performance from this memory are given.The experimental results agree well with theory.This research demonstrated that 3 D disk type holographic storage is promising for mass information storage.
