摘要
本文对目前所采用的测量ＣＣＤ调制传递函数方法进行了分析，并在此基础上提出了改进的测量方法，改进后的方法不仅继承了原来方法的优点，同时其测量速度和测量结果的可靠性都有较大的提高。
This paper makes a survey of the current methods for measuring the modulation transfer function of CCD.Based on above,an improved method has been presented.The improved method has not only remained the advantages of previous measuring methods,but also improved the speed and reliability of measurement of modulation transfer function.
