摘要
本文对钛合金钢板的焊接部位进行了单光束激光散斑照相,得到了一系列由某一高温降至室温时的双曝光位移散斑图。然后用逐点分析法测出焊接部位在各温度区间的热位移,由此得到的实验结果与现有数据相匹配,即焊接部位热应变随温度升高越来越大。
This paper mainly deals with how to use one beam laser speckle photography at the welding points of the titanium alloy steel plate,Resulting in a series of double exposed displacement speckle photoes with the varying of temperatures.The author uses point to point analytical method to measure the heat displacement at the welding points on different places of different temperatures,the experimental result of which is completely in according with the data,that is,with the increasing temperature,the heat strain at the welding point gets larger and larger.
