摘要
由于配料误差具有多因素随机性等特点,自适应误差补偿是保证计量精度极其有效的途径。采用数据平滑算法,不需要经验数据,可自动改变给料提前量,减少喂料误差。在分析饲料自动配料系统的误差及控制的基础上,明确了空中料柱量是误差补偿控制的主体,建立了饲料配料平滑自适应误差补偿模型,阐明了模型应用的方法,并对应用结果进行了检验分析。
The error compensating model of self-adaption is an very effective approach to pledge computation precision, because of many factors and randomicity characteristic of mixing error.It can change ahead of quantity of supply mixing automatically and reduce error of feeding mixing,when adopt arithmetic of data smoothness and have no use for experience data. On the basis of analyse error and control on automatism mixing system of feedstuff,it nailed down that the main body of error control compensating on air columniation quantity and established the error compensating model of smoothness self-adaption on feedstuff mixing, and illustrated the method of model application, In addition, it also analyzed its application effect.
