社区健康教育对2型糖尿病患者的疗效研究

Effect of community health education on patients with type 2 diabetes.

目的探讨社区健康教育对2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法对两组2型糖尿病采用常规治疗和社区健康教育加常规治疗,半年后观察两组在空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及生活方式的变化。结果实验组生活方式的变化及空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体重指数与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区健康教育对2型糖尿病的治疗疗效及生活质量有很大提高。

Objective To explore the treatment effect of community health education on patients with type 2 diabetic.MethodsIn two groups of type 2 diabetic patients in the study,control group received conventional treatments,experimental group received community health education plus conventional treatments.Six months later,obseved the chang in life style,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c）,body mass index（BMI）.ResultsThere were obvious difference in life style,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,body mass index between the control group and the experimental group（P0.05）.Conclusion Community health education may improve treatment effect and qulity of life on type 2 diabetic patients.
