摘要
针对混凝土抗渗试验中密封效果差的问题,对抗渗试验密封材料的封模方法进行了探讨,指出了利用冷封模方法来代替热封模方法进行抗渗试验是一种可行、经济、环保、方便的方法。通过大量试验表明,混凝土抗渗试验采用腻子作密封材料涂抹于试件上并采取辅助措施封模效果最好,在水压高达2.5 MPa时试件未出现边缘透水现象。
Various methods of sealing mould were investigated to solve the problem of poor sealing effect in concrete antipermeability tests. The results indicate that the cold type of sealing mould, which uses putty as sealing material to coat the concrete samples with some other complementary measures, is feasible to substitute for the hot type of sealing mould. The phenomena of water leakage between the mould and the concrete test block didn't come up until the hydraulic pressure of automatic pressurized concrete permeability meter was up to 2.5 MPa.
