摘要
通过对临床专业学位研究生培养与住院/专科医师培训模式的比较研究,尝试对两者进行同一化管理,将利于量化临床型研究生临床能力培养情况,提高招生吸引力,利于挑选优秀临床型研究生,与住院医师规范化培训对象招录工作相衔接。
Through the comparative analysis of clinical professional degree postgraduate and residency or specialist training mode,the same management mode is tried to be applied.In this way,it contributes to clinical professional degree postgraduate training and enhances the students＇ entrance attraction,and to choose excellent clinical professional degree postgraduates to coordinate with residency regulation training objects enrollment.
