利用管网压力能制备天然气水合物的调峰新技术 被引量:10

摘要 高压天然气管网节流调压过程中会产生大量的压力能,绝大部分压力能不仅被浪费了,而且还会对下游管道设备造成一定的冷破坏。为此,开发了一种利用管网压力能制备天然气水合物调峰新技术,充分利用天然气膨胀产生的冷量制备天然气水合物,以供城市燃气储气调峰。计算结果表明,管网天然气流量为1000kg/h,进口温度为25℃,进口压力为8.0MPa,出口温度为-112℃,出口压力为0.4MPa时,最高制冷量可达71kW,有效利用冷量达60kW,生成的天然气水合物可储存100m3天然气。该工艺既有效回收了管网压力能,又实现了天然气的安全储存和调峰,具有广阔的发展前景。 The throttling and pressure regulation of high-pressure natural gas pipeline network will produce tremendous pressure energy,most of which is wasted in the process of expansion,thus causing cold damage to the downstream.Therefore,a combination technology of using natural gas pipeline network pressure energy efficiently and peak shaving with hydrate is developed.The cold energy in the process of gas expansion is fully used to prepare natural gas hydrate for gas storage and peak shaving in city gas supply.Calculation results show that when a gas pipeline network with gas flow rate of 1000 kg/h is working under the following conditions:inlet pressure and temperature of 8.0 MPa and 25℃,outlet pressure and temperature of 0.4 MPa and-112℃,the maximum cooling capacity can be 71 kW,60 kW of which is to be used effectively,while the formation of natural gas hydrate will make 100 m3 natural gas being stored by use of this new technology.Field practices prove that this technology will have a bright future not only in the recovery of pressure energy in gas pipeline network,but in finding a new means of gas storage and peak shaving for city gas supply.
