摘要
目的研究环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与微血管密度(MVD)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)之间的关系,初步探讨COX-2对乳腺癌发生发展的作用及临床意义。方法选择146例乳腺癌标本,应用免疫组织化学染色方法(SP法)检测标本中COX-2、VEGF的表达和CD34标记的MVD值。结果 146例中,COX-2表达阳性114例(78.1%),高表达70例(47.9%)。COX-2表达程度与患者年龄、肿瘤直径及HER-2/neu表达程度无关(P>0.05),与腋淋巴结转移状况和肿瘤分期有关(P<0.01),与VEGF表达程度及MVD值明显相关。COX-2高表达组的MVD值高于低表达组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 COX-2的高表达在乳腺癌的发生发展中起重要的作用,其能促进乳腺癌新生血管的形成,进而影响乳腺癌的发展和转归。
Objective To study the expression of COX-2 in breast cancer tissues and its relationship with microvessel density ( MVD) and vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF). Primarily explored the funtion of COX-2 on the development and progression of breast cancer and its clinical value. Methods Chose 146 breast cancer samples,detected expressions of COX-2,VEGF and MVD value labeled by CD34 in these samples by immunohistochemistry SP method. Results Among 146 samples,114 cases( 78. 1% ) showed positive expression of COX-2,and 70 cases( 47. 9% ) showed high expression. The expression degree of COX-2 had nothing to do with ages,diameter of tumor and expression degree of HER-2 /neu( P〈0. 05). MVD value of high expression of COX-2 group was higher than low expression of COX-2 group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 01). Conclusion High expression of COX-2 plays an important role in the development of breast cancer. It can advance the formation of new vessel of breast cancer,so as to affect the development and progression of breast cancer.
