经口气管插管患者使用牙擦结合冲洗行口腔护理的临床观察

Clinical observation of oral care by brushing and washing on patients with orotracheal intubation

目的探讨经口气管插管患者使用牙擦结合冲洗行口腔护理的效果。方法 72例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例,观察组采用牙擦结合冲洗法行口腔护理;对照组采用常规的棉球行口腔护理。观察2组口腔护理效果。结果观察组用物准备时间、操作完毕后整理消毒时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组操作时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组口腔护理后口腔残渣污垢残留、口臭及口腔溃疡发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组操作的舒适度0级35例占97.2%,对照组25例占69.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经口气管插管患者使用牙擦结合冲洗行口腔护理口腔清洁效果显著,并发症少,舒适度高,且操作方便、省时,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of oral care by brushing and washing on patients with orotracheal intubation. Methods 72 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases of each. The observation group was given oral care by brushing and washing,while the control group was given traditional oral care utilizing cotton rolls. Observed 2 groups＇ efficacy. Results The time of supplies for ready of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,so was the time of arranging and sterilization after operation,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05） ,but there was no statistical significance between operation time of 2 groups（ P〉0. 05）. After oral care,the situation of residual debris and dirt,bad breath and dental ulcer of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. In the observation group,35 cases had a 0 level of comfort degree for operation,whose percentage was 97. 2% ,and it was higher than 69. 4% （ 25 cases） of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Using oral care by brushing and washing on patients with orotracheal intubation has remarkable effect,with less complication,higher comfort degree,convenient and time-saving operation,which is worth clinical popularizing and application.
