如何传承商业老街的历史文脉——以大连天津街商业老街的规划设计为例

How to Carry Forward the Context of Old Commercial Streets——Based on the Commercial Street Planning of Tianjin Street,Dalian

商业老街以其传统的商业氛围、街区空间及风貌要素成为城市空间中极富魅力的场所。但目前在老街的改造中往往漠视传统要素,导致改造的结果往往不尽人意,使老街失去了特色,使城市失去了魅力空间。文章以大连市天津街老街改造规划为例,回答了"传承什么历史文脉"及"如何传承历史文脉"两个问题,探讨老商业街改造的合理模式。

With the traditional business environments,block spaces and style elements,the old commercial streets become charming places of urban space.But traditional elements are ignored in the process of the old streets transformation,which leads to the undesirable results as the absence of the characteristic for the old streets and the charming spaces for the city.In example of Tianjin Street reconstruction plan of Dalian,the answers to the questions of ＂what kind of historical context should be inherited＂ and ＂How to inherit them＂ were given,also a reasonable mode of old commercial street transformation were discussed as well.
