鞘内注射抗脑源性神经营养因子血清对大鼠后足切割痛阈的影响 被引量:1

Effect of anti-brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) on the pain-hypersensitivity following surgical incision in the rats

摘要 目的探究鞘内预注抗脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)血清对大鼠后足切割痛觉的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠18只,体重150-250g,随机分为三组(n=6):鞘内注射抗脑源性神经营养因子血清组(itBDNF组);腹腔注射抗脑源性神经营养因子血清组(ipBDNF组);鞘内注射牛血清组(itBSA组)。后足切割前30min鞘内或者腹腔注射抗BDNF血清或牛血清,并于切割后0.5h、1h、3h、6h、24h和72h测量痛阈。结果与切割后足前比较,三组切割后0.5h、1h、3h、6h和24h痛阈均降低(P<0.05),切割72h后痛阈回升到切割前水平。与ipBDNF组或itBSA组比较,切割后0.5h、1h、3h、6h痛阈降低不明显(P<0.05)。结论预先鞘内注射抗脑源性神经营养因子血清能部分减轻大鼠后足切割引发的痛觉过敏。 Objective To explores the role of the BDNF in the incision-induced pain hypersensitivity.Methods 18 male SD rats weighing 150-250g were randomly divided into 3 groups(N=6):hindpaw incision+ intrathecal injection of BDNF antibody group(itBDNFgroup);hindpaw incision+ intraperitoneal injection of BDNF antibody group(ipBDNFgroup);hindpaw incision+ intrathecal injection of BSA(bovine serum albumin)group(itBSAgroup).All groups were administrated half an hour before incision,and pain threshold were measured at 0.5h,1h,3h,6h,24h,72h after incision.Results Pain threshold in all groups were dramatically descended at 0.5h,1h,3h,6h after incision,and recovered at 72h after incision.Pain threshold in itBDNFgroup was higher than that in ipBDNFgroup and it-BSAgroup at 0.5 h,1 h,3 h,6 h after incision(P0.05).Conclusion Intrachecal anti-BDNF can partly inhibit the pain hypersensitivity following hindpaw incision in the rats.
