摘要
小浪底工程独特的水工建筑物总体布置格局和调洪、调沙运用的特殊要求,决定了闸门启闭机械设计品种上的多样性和技术上的复杂性。在液压启闭机设计中引入了无泄漏油缸的概念,采用了蓄能保压系统;在卷扬启闭机设计中采用了折线绳槽卷筒(即LEBUS卷筒)和阶梯形返回垫环的多层卷绕新技术;对大型门架进行了三维有限元电算分析。
The character of gate
hoist design of the project is technical complex combined with multiple style which depend
upon general layout conditions of hydraulic structure and operating requirements of the project.
The idea about zero leakage has been taken into design of hydraulic hoist, therefore
accumulating device has been used for hydraulic system. The drum of wire rope hoist is
designed with special thread grow (LEBUS drum) and return guide ring to complete multi layer
winding of wire rope. Structure calculation of large gantry should be made according to three
dimension limited element method by computer in order to ensure reliability of the gantry
calculation.
