摘要
文章将专利的有效过程比作一个生命体,运用生存模型和生命表理论研究了各类专利权人专利有效性的规律,得出了我国各类专利权人专利各年有效率S(x)的经验值,以及平均剩余有效期限ex的经验值;各类别专利权人比较发现,国外专利权人专利有效期最长,而国内高校和科学院的平均专利有效期最短;从而得出加强高校和科学院知识产权管理迫在眉睫的结论。
The paper studied the rule of validity of all kinds of patents that were owed by all kinds of applicants based on survival analysis and theory of life table,taking a patent as a life.The results comes to the ratios to validity of all kinds of Chinese patents S（x）,as well as the average value of the remaining validity of Chinese patent ex.The results show that the patents abroad are valid most long and the patents of domestic universities and Academy of Science are valid lest long.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen IP management in domestic universities and Chinese Academy of Science.
