对于大型国际工程，由于受巨大的工程规模和复杂的自然、地质条件及外部环境的影响，难免会造成工程延误。在业主的要求下或者承包商出于自身利益的考虑，经常采取赶工的措施以满足要求的进度。对于采用ＦＩＤＩＣ合同条件的国际工程而言，由于承包商的投标均以原招标文件为基础，因此根据合同规定，科学分析工程项目工期延误、赶工时发生的费用。

It is hard to avoid delay schedule in construction for big international project because of influences of project scale, complicated natural and geological background and outside environment. Therefore, there are frequent hurry in project construction under the requirements of owners or under consideration of self benefit of contractors in order to meet the original progress schedule. As to the international project under FIDIC contract, the key for project management is to scientifically analyze the cost in hurry work and delay schedule, to reasonably clarify responsibility according to the original bidding document and on the basis of contract terms.
