摘要
为进一步提升路港运输能力,对C型转子式双车翻车机进行了适应KM80B底开门自卸车的卸车工艺改进。改进后,C型转子式双车翻车机不但能满足C61,C62,C64摘钩车及C63,C76,C80不摘钩车卸车作业的要求,还能满足新改造KM80B底开门自卸车的作业要求,同时还能提高设备的卸车作业效率。
In order to further raise the transport capacity of road and port,the unloading process of the C-type rotor double dumper was improved to adapt to KM80B bottom unloading dumper.After the improvement,the C-type rotor double dumper not only can satisfy the requirements of the unloading operation for the decoupling dumper C61,C62 and C64 and the non-decoupling dumper C63,C76 and C80,but also can satisfy the operation requirement of the KM80B bottom unloading dumper.In addition,the improved unloading process can raise the unloading operation efficiency of the equipments.
