摘要
本文采用凌阳16位单片机SPCE061A完成了数控电源的模块化设计,实现了电源输出电压的设定、输出电压步进调整、输出电压和输出电流的显示以及输入欠压保护等功能。本文设计的数控电源由模拟部分和数控部分组成。模拟部分是由KA3525芯片为核心的半桥功率变换器、整流滤波电路、稳压电路、滤波电路等组成。数控部分采用凌阳16位单片机SPCE061A,实现了输入对半桥单级逆变电路的PWM波的产生。采用4×4的矩阵键盘实现输出电压设定和步进调整,采用A/D和D/A转换技术对输出电压进行设定和采样,采用RT12864液晶显示器对电源输出电压、输出电流和相关控制以及状态信息进行显示。
The paper adopts the Sunplus 16-bit single chip processor SPCE061A to complete the modular design of digital power supply, and to realize funcions such as the setting of out-put voltage, the output voltage step adjustment, the display of output voltage and output current and the proctecion of input under-voltage, etc.. The digital power supply designed includes ana composed of half-bridge power converter with the chip KA3525 as its core, rectifier-filter circuit log volt part and digital part.The analog part is age-stabilizing circuit, and filter circuit etc.. The digital part adopts the 16-bit single chip processor SPCE061A to realize the PWM wave which is from input to the half-bridge unipolar inverter circuit, The application of 4*4 matrix keyboard results in the setting of output voltage and step ad.justment; the use of A/D and D/A converting technology leads to the setting and sampling of output voltage; the application of RT12864 LCD shows output voltage output current, related control and other information.
