基于NCP1014的5W电源适配器设计研究与仿真

摘要 为使电源适配器在大电压范围内仍能保持高效、稳定运行,采用临界电流法设计了基于NCP1014的5W恒流恒压(CCCV)电源适配器,实验和仿真测得,电源在两种模式下效率达80%,负载电压纹波小于0.1A,电流纹波小于0.05A,证明设计方法正确和OrCAD/PSpice仿真可以作为电源设计的辅助工具。 In order to make the adapter with effective and stable operation over a wide voltage range, 5W CCCV(constant current constant voltage) adapter based on NCP1014 was designed with the method of the threshold current condition. The efficiency of the power is up to 80% on both continuous and discontinuous conditions with less 0.1A of the voltage ripple and less 0.03A of current ripple given by experiment and simulation.So the method used is right and the result of the simulation of OreAD/PSpice can be used as an auxiliary tool for power supply design.
