灾后援建设计工作的思考——以四川彭州、福建南平灾后援建设计工作为例

Reflect on post-disaster reconstruction design——For example post-disaster reconstruction design in Pengzhou Sichuan,Nanping Fujian

近年来国内地质灾害频发,灾后援建成为了灾区恢复生产生活的主要方式。但学术界较多关注灾后重建的规划设计及设计模式的探索与经验总结,较少关注到灾后援建具体而微的工作,笔者根据自身参与灾后援建的经历,小结了灾后援建工作中遇到的一些常见情况与问题,并提出了自己的观点与期望。

In recent years geological disasters frequently happen in China.Post-disaster reconstruction has become a main form of restore production and life in disaster area But academics are more concerned about post-disaster reconstruction planning and the exploration or experience of design mode,they less concerned about the concrete work in post-disaster reconstruction.The author according to his experience of participation in post-disaster reconstruction,summaries of the common scenarios and problems in post-disaster reconstruction work and present his opinion and expectation.
