摘要
城市老字号是前人创业积累的宝贵财富,是企业文化的传承和提升,具有极高的历史价值。在城市老字号经营普遍不景气的大背景下,对老字号旅游资源及其文化内涵进行梳理、挖掘和开发具有十分重要的意义。通过对城市老字号旅游功能的分析,提出了对城市老字号进行旅游开发的具体措施。
Long reputedly enterprises in Cities are precious wealth that accumulated by our predecessors.They are the promotion of organizational culture with high historical value.Under the background of difficulties facing the long reputedly enterprises in cities,the paper analyses the connotation of the famous brands in cities and makes an analysis of the tourism function of the long reputedly enterprises.Also,the paper proposes the concrete countermeasures for the development of the long reputedly enterprises in cities.
