On Construction of Legal Protection System of China's Intangible Cultural Heritage

我国在文化遗产法律保护方面,基本形成体系,但对非物质文化遗产的重视和保护程度远不及对物质文化遗产的重视与保护。然而,非物质文化遗产是文化多样性的熔炉,是人类可持续发展的保证。随着社会经济的发展和现代化进程的加快,文化遗产生态发生了变化,一些文化遗产尤其是其中的非物质文化遗产正在不断的减少。如何通过法律的手段保护非物质文化遗产,成为法律工作者的当务之急。

China basically forms system in the perspective of cultural heritage protection but the degree of emphasis and protection of intangible cultural heritage is far less than that of tangible cultural heritage. However, intangible cultural heritage is the furnace of the diversity of culture and is the guarantee of sustainable development of human beings. With the developing of society and economy and with the acceleration of modernization progress, cultural heritage ecology changes, a number of cultural heritages, especially intangible cultural heritage, are decreasing. How to protect intangible cultural heritage by laws becomes urgent work of legal workers.
