摘要
如何培养高素质创新人才,是当今时代全球共同关注的焦点问题。从素质教育与创新人才培养的关系出发,论证素质教育对创新人才培养的重要作用,探讨通过素质教育促进创新人才培养的有效途径。
How to cultivate high-quality innovative talents is the focus catching wide attention all around the world. Based on the relation between quality education and innovative talents cultivation, this paper mainly expounds the important role of quality education in the cultivation of innovative talents and explores effective ways for promoting the innovative talents cultivation by quality education.
