把分散的小农经营模式转变为现代化适度规模农业经营模式,达到优质、高产、高效的目的,核心理念在于农业产业化。而要真正实现农业产业化,就必须把现代工业、商业、物流、金融、保险等因素引入农业与农村,其中关键的还是市场成熟资本的引入。但这种改革并不是简单地否定家庭联产承包责任制,相反还要坚持它。这就需要以开放、创新的精神与方法改革现有的农业经营体制。

To transform the scattered small farm management pattern into the unified modernized agriculture business model,and achieves the high quality,high production,and high efficient purpose,the core measure lies in the agricultural industrial production.But for truly realizing the agricultural industrial production,it must bring modern industry,trade,physical distribution,finance,insurance,and so on into the agriculture and countryside.This needs reform existing agriculture management system,with open,innovative spirit and the method.But this kind of reform does not deny the family joint production contract management system too simply,on the contrary,it must be observed.
