温度是精子最敏感的外界因素之一。人们的注意力多集中在稀释液和冷冻方法的研究,对冷冻精液的解冻方法和技术的研究不足。但实践证明,牛精液冷冻效果好坏与解冻温度有很大关系。长期以来,人们沿用冷冻精液的解冻温度38～40℃解冻冷冻精液。为此,可以通过本试验了解不同解冻温度对牛冷冻精子复苏的影响,找出适宜牛细管冷冻精液的最佳解冻温度。

Temperature is one of the most sensitive factors outside of sperm.The research on dilution and freezing method are more attained by people and the research on the nuclear technology of frozen semen＇ unfreezing method is lacking. But practice proved that the cooling effect being good or bad has more relation with temperature.For a long time,people follow in the footsteps of frozen semen of thaw temperature 38° c to 40 ° c in thaw frozen sperm.By this test,found different thaw temperature on cattle frozen sperm resuscitatio,other temperature thawed lower sperm motility.
