吉林省能源开发和节约利用的问题与对策

The Problems and Strategies of Energy-Exploiting and Energy-Saving of Jilin Province

伴随着全国经济的快速发展,吉林省能源需求不断增长,能源消费总量逐年上升。由于吉林省属于能源资源短缺地区,近年来能源储量与生产情况不容乐观,能源自给率逐年下降,因此,本文针对吉林省为实现节能降耗的目标,走上能源节约型的发展之路提出了一些对策建议。

With the rapid development of nationwide economy,the requirement and consumption of energy in Jilin province raise year by year.Because Jilin province belongs to energy-lacking area,in recent years,the reservation and the production of energy are less than enough.In addition,the rate of self-sufficiency of energy gradually decreases.For these reasons,this paper provides some suggestions for energy-saving of Jilin province.
