网络社团日益成为网络化、信息化时代大学生素质教育的有效载体。基于对电大学生参加学生社团活动的意向调查和远程教育网络社团基本特征的分析,从网络化组织、人文化平台、社会化基地、科学化机制诸方面探讨了网络社团的构建框架,提出了科学规划网络社团发展的核心战略。

Network association is becoming the effective vehicle of the quality education for university students at the net and information age.Have discussed the construction framework of network association based on the analysis of the investigation of intention of Electronic University students taking part in the activities of Students Association and the basic characteristics of distance learning network association,and from network organization,humane culture,socialized base,scientific mechanism and some other aspects.And we have introduced the core strategy of the scientific planning of the network association.
