基于XML的异构数据迁移技术研究

摘要 随着数据库技术的发展和网络的普及,存在于异构数据库中的数据出现了不利于信息共享和集中管理的"信息孤岛"问题,如何实现不同数据库之间的连接、交换和共享,已经成为异构数据库的管理信息系统开发的关键。本系统使用XML作为数据交换的中介,通过XML Schema对XML与关系数据库之间的数据模型进行映射。根据用户的需求实现可视化的数据库迁移控制和结果展现,确保了异构数据源迁移过程中的灵活性和完整性,使用户能够透明的管理异构数据,实现异构数据的迁移。 With the development of database technology and the popularization of internet,"isolated islands of information" crop up among heterogeneous databases,which is detrimental to information sharing and centralized management.How to realize the connection,exchange and sharing between different databases has become the key to the development of heterogeneous database management information system.The system introduced in this paper uses XML as a data exchange intermediary,and by means of XML Schema,data model mapping is done between XML and correlative databases.Visual realization of database migration control as well as display of results is achieved according to the user's needs,which ensures the integrity and flexibility of heterogeneous data sources during migration.Thus,heterogeneous data migration is realized and transparent management of heterogeneous data is provided for users.
