摘要
本文比较了十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS),聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)及十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对金纳米颗粒的粒径和分散性的影响。将金的种子溶胶移入以氯金酸、抗坏血酸及保护剂(SDS、PVP或CTAB)组成的增长溶液之中,合成不同的金纳米溶胶。对所制得的样品采用紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)和透射电镜(TEM)等进行光学、粒度及形貌等方面的分析,结果表明,CTAB为增长溶液保护剂时,可以得到分散效果好、粒径分布均匀且形貌均一的金纳米颗粒;采用PVP为增长溶液保护剂时,金纳米溶胶的紫外可见光谱发生了红移,说明金纳米溶胶的粒径越来越大;而用SDS为增长溶液保护剂时,则发生了蓝移,说明金纳米溶胶的粒径越来越小。
Different nano-gold colloids are prepared by a seed-mediated growth approach with substances such as sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) used respectively as the protective agent.The effect of those agents on the size and dispersion of gold nano-particles is studied.The optics,particle size and morphology of gold nano-particles are analyzed by means of UV-visible spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The gold nano-particles are shown to have an excellent dispersion effect,uniform particle size distribution and morphology with CTAB used as the protective agent.The UV-visible absorption peak will be red-shifted with PVP used as the protective agent,while blue-shifted with SDS.
