财经访谈中闪避回答的顺应性分析

Analysis of evasive answers in economic interview based on adaptation theory

以Verschueren’s的语言顺应理论(linguistic adaptation theory)为基本理论框架模式,探讨了在财经访谈中受访者在答话过程中是如何利用闪避语言顺应采访者认知语境和其它听话者语境的动态过程。研究表明闪避回答的选择是受到各种语境制约的结果,其顺应性主要表现为对受访人公司的利益、信息的安全、自身公众形象、规约性礼貌、以及访谈参与者之间的权势关系等因素的顺应,可以为企业及个人在公共关系活动中实现有效沟通,处理突发危机等方面提供有益的借鉴和帮助。

Based on Vershueren＇s adaptation theory,the present study explores the dynamic process of evasive answers that the interviewees employed in the economic interviews to adapt to the context of interviewers and that of the other hearers.The findings show that the choice of the evasive answers is the outcome of adaptation to such factors as the interviewee＇s personal image,the company＇s benefit,the power relationship between the interviewers and interviewees,the safety of the information and politeness.
