摘要
清江隔河岩溢流坝表孔采用液压启闭机对溢洪道闸门进行启闭操作,着重对液压启闭机电控设计中所遇到的闭门到位、油缸行程检测的重复误差、闸门下滑时的自动提门以及油缸行程转换成闸门开度等问题的产生原因进行了分析,并就采用可编程序控制器(PLC)的先进编程控制技术来解决这些问题的方法进行了阐述和探讨。实践证明,这些解决方法是可行的、成功的,从而使该设计不仅满足了液压启闭机自动化运行的要求。
A hydraulic operated gate lifting device is used for the spillway gate of Geheyan project on Qingjiang river. This paper places emphasis on analysis of reasons for errors in gate closure position, piston travel test, automatical lift of the gate when sliding down, and transformation of the piston travel into the gate opening which are encountered in the electric control design of the hydraulic operated gate lifting device, and expounds and investigates some methods to tackle these problems by means of advanced programmed control technology for programable control unit. The practice has proved that these methods are feasible and successful. So the design not only meets requirements for automatic operation of the hydraulic operated gate lifting device but also reduces the work of maintaining and operating personnel.
