摘要
目的考察板蓝根不同提取部位单独使用和组合使用后抑菌以及解热方面的活性。方法采用体外抑菌圈法观察板蓝根不同有效部位的抑菌活性;采用干酵母及大肠杆菌内毒素致大鼠发热模型观察板蓝根不同有效部位的解热活性。结果抑菌方面,板蓝根多个提取物组均有不同程度的药效,其中以中药提取物Ⅱ组效果最佳;解热方面,板蓝根各个提取物组均有不同程度的药效,其中以中药提取物Ⅱ组效果最佳,中药提取物Ⅲ组效果较差,两者之间存在显著性差异。结论板蓝根作为常用清热解毒中药,其抑菌及解热作用较佳。
Objective To observe the anti-bacterial and anti-pyretic activities of effective extraction from Radix Isatidis.Methods We used the method of in-vitro bacterial inhibition zone to observe the anti-bacterial effect,and used yeast-induced and endotoxin-induced feverish rats model to check the anti-pyretic activities of different extracts.Results Multiple extracts from Radix Isatidis had anti-bacterial activities to different degrees,and the extract Ⅱ had the best effect.Each Radix Isatidis extract had anti-pyretic activities to different degrees,and sthe extract Ⅱ showed more potent activities while extract Ⅲshowed less potent activities,the difference being significant between the the two extracts.Conclusion As a heat-clearing and toxin-resolving Chinese medical herb,Radix Isatidis has better anti-bacterial and anti-pyretic effects.
