Effects of Changxinwei Oral Liquid on Anti-gastric Mucosal Injury

目的观察常欣卫口服液及其配伍抗胃黏膜损伤作用。方法采用利血平致小鼠胃黏膜损伤模型、应激性大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型、无水乙醇大鼠胃黏膜损伤及消炎痛致大黄脾虚大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型,预防性给药或治疗给药,以胃黏膜的损伤指数为指标,评价药物对各动物模型的抗胃黏膜损伤作用。结果常欣卫口服液、党参白术水提物、猴头菇多糖各给药组,除猴头菇多糖对无水乙醇胃黏膜损伤无明显作用外,其余组对利血平致小鼠胃黏膜损伤模型、应激性大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型、无水乙醇大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型均有明显的保护作用,各给药组胃黏膜损伤指数均较对照组降低(P<0.05;P<0.01);大黄脾虚大鼠经各药物治疗后对消炎痛所致胃黏膜损伤指数较非治疗组明显降低(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论常欣卫口服液、党参白术水提物、猴头菇多糖均有抗胃黏膜损伤作用。

Objective To observe the effects of Changxinwei（CXW）Oral Liquid and its constitutional herbs on anti-gastric mucosal injury.Methods The gastric mucosal injury models were induced by reserpine in mice,by stress and dehydrated alcohol in rats.The gastric mucosal injury model of the rhubarb-induced spleen deficiency was induced by indomethacin in rats.The gastric mucosal injury index was observed to evaluate the effect of CXW Oral Liquid and its constitutional herbs.Results CXW Oral Liquid,water-extract of Radix Codonopsitis and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,and polysaccharides of Carpophorum Hericii Erinacei had obvious effect on decreasing the gastric mucosal injury index of various kinds of animal models except for polysaccharides of Carpophorum Hericii Erinacei on mice gastric mucosal injury induced by resperpine（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.The gastric mucosal damage index induced by indomethacin was significantly lower in the rhubarb-induced spleen deficiency rats after medication than that in the rhubarb-induced spleen deficiency rats without medication（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion CXW Oral Liquid,water-extract of Radix Codonopsitis and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,and polysaccharides of Carpophorum Hericii Erinacei have certain effects on anti-gastric mucosal injury.
