扶正活血不同组方对肝纤维化大鼠相关血清指标及肝组织羟脯氨酸的影响

Effect of Fuzheng Huoxue Recipes on Liver Fibrosis Associated Serum Indicators and Hepatic Hydroxyproline in Liver Fibrosis Rats

目的观察扶正活血不同组方对肝纤维化大鼠相关血清指标及肝组织羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量的影响。方法采用CCL4加橄榄油复制肝纤维化大鼠,以扶正活血不同配伍组方(活血健脾益气方、活血滋养肝肾方、活血温补脾肾方)灌胃给药,检测肝纤维化大鼠相关血清指标及肝组织Hyp含量。结果与模型对照组比较,各扶正活血方对血清指标层黏连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PⅢP)、IV型胶原(IV-C)均有明显作用(P<0.01,P<0.05),其中活血健脾益气方、活血滋养肝肾方作用较强;活血健脾益气方、活血滋养肝肾方能明显降低Hyp含量(P<0.05)。结论扶正活血不同组方能改善肝纤维化大鼠相关血清指标,对肝组织Hyp含量也有不同程度的改善作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of different Fuzheng Huoxue Recipes,Chinese herbal recipes with the actions of supporting healthy-Qi and activating blood-stasis,on serum indicators of liver fibrosis and hepatic hydroxyproline（Hyp） content in liver fibrosis rats.Methods Ninety SD rats were randomized in six groups.Liver fibrosis was established by using carbon tetrachloride（CCl4） plus olive oil treatment.The serum indicators of liver fibrosis and hepatic Hyp content were detected in rats after treatment with different Fuzheng Huoxue Recipes including Huoxue Jianpi Yiqi Recipe（with the actions of activating blood,strengthening spleen and invigorating Qi）,Huoxue Ziyang Ganshen Recipe（with the actions of activating blood,nourishing liver and kidney）,and Huoxue Wenbu Pishen Recipe（with the actions of activating blood,strengthening spleen and warming kidney）.Results Compared with the model control group,the differences of liver fibrosis associated serum markers of laminin（LN）,hyaluronic acid（HA）,procollagen type Ⅲ（PⅢP） and collage type IV（IV-C） were significant in different Fuzheng Huoxue Recipes（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.And Huoxue Jianpi Yiqi Recipe and Huoxue Ziyang Ganshen Recipe had the better effect.Meanwhile,the two recipes above decreased Hyp content of liver tissue obviously（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Different Fuzheng Huoxue Recipes can improve the serum markers of liver fibrosis and hepatic Hyp content in liver fibrosis rats,which may be contributed to their therapeutic mechanisms.
