摘要
目的研究槟榔壳的化学成分。方法采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术提取,以硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶色谱等分离方法进行分离纯化,运用波谱分析方法对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从海南槟榔壳的超临界CO2流体萃取物中分离到4个化合物,分别鉴定为arborinol methyl ether(Ⅰ),arborinol(Ⅱ),大黄酚(Ⅲ)和大黄素甲醚(Ⅳ)。结论以上4个化合物均首次从槟榔属植物中分离到。
Objective To study the chemical components of Pericarpium Arecae.Methods Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology was used for the extraction.The chemical constituents from Pericarpium Arecae were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and then their structure was determined by spectroscopic analysis.Results Four compounds were isolated from the extracts of Pericarpium Arecae from Hainan province,and identified as arborinol methyl ether(Ⅰ),arborinol(Ⅱ),chrysophanol(Ⅲ) and physcion(Ⅳ),respectively.Conclusion All the four compounds are isolated from the plant of Areca for the first time.
