摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定斑蝥虫体内斑蝥素含量,用以监控斑蝥质量,指导临床用药。方法采用酸水加三氯甲烷从斑蝥虫体中提取斑蝥素的方法,然后进行含量测定,并与药典的提取方法的测定结果进行比较。结果用酸水加三氯甲烷提取斑蝥素测得的平均含量为2.840%,而用药典方法提取斑蝥素测得其平均含量为0.556%。用酸水加三氯甲烷提取斑蝥素测得的含量约是药典方法处理测得含量的5倍。结论酸水加三氯甲烷提取斑蝥素的方法简单方便,测得的斑蝥素含量比药典提取方法测定结果更能反映斑蝥虫体中斑蝥素的真实含量。
Objective To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of cantharidin in Mylabris.Methods Cantharidin was extracted from Mylabris by using hydrochloric acid and trichloromethane,and its content was determined.Then the cantharidin content was compared with that obtained by the extraction methods of Pharmacopoeia of China.Results The results show that the average content of cantharidin was 2.840 % by the method of hydrochloric acid and trichloromethane,and 0.556 % by the extraction methods of Pharmacopoeia of China,which had the content difference five times.Conclusion The method of hydrochloric acid and trichloromethane is convent,accurate and suitable,which can reflect the actual content of Mylabris.
