提高英语精读课教学效果的新途径初探

New Way of Improving the Effect of Intensive English Teaching

阐述了传统的以教师为中心的大学英语精读课教学模式的弊端,认为传统的教学模式费时低效,不利于调动学生学习英语的兴趣,制约了学生语言运用能力的发展。探讨了提高英语精读课教学效果的路径选择,提出课堂教学中的文化导入、语言实际运用能力的培养和多媒体的运用等对策措施。

The traditional mode of Intensive English teaching is inefficient and time-consuming.It doesn’t help to mobilize the students’interest in learning English,and also limits the development of students’ ability to use language.Based on her many years’teaching experience in higher vocational college,the author puts forward some ideas on how to improve the effectiveness of English Intensive Reading teaching.
