高职院校人才培养路径探析——基于就业能力的视角

摘要 高职院校的人才培养应该坚持以就业为导向,通过完善师资队伍、课程结构,加强就业指导,推进"双证书"制度以及产学结合模式等,提高学生就业能力,全面提高毕业生就业质量。 Talent training in higher vocational colleges shall be employment-oriented.Optimization of teaching staff and curriculum structures,enhancement of employment guidance,intruduction of "double certificates" policy and the combination of learning with production will strengthen students’ job-hunting ability and boost the employment quality of graduates.
