主要探讨了教学质量监控体系在高校创新人才培养过程中的内容及含义,提出了实施人才培养质量监控的四个主要理念:全员化、全程化、全方位化、科学化,并在实施过程中实行六方位立体监控:校教学督导组、系领导、系教学委员会、系教学督导组、教研室同行、学生。

This paper discusses the content and connotation of quality monitoring system for training innovationoriented talents in institutions of higher learning.It puts forward four concepts for quality monitoring： participation of all staff members,monitoring throughout the process and of all dimensions,and monitoring in a scientific way.Teaching supervision committees at both college and department levels,leaders and teaching committee at the departmemnt level,colleagues and students shall form a multi-dimensional monitorship in the implementation of the system.
