高校资产管理实践中的问题及对策思考

Problems in the Practice of Property Management in Colleges and Universities

阐述了目前高校国有资产管理实践中在管理模式,管理制度和效率等方面存在的问题,指出目前高校中资产管理主体的多元化,日常管理环节的薄弱以及购置中的浪费和缺乏产权意识是制约提高国有资产管理水平的障碍,在此基础上提出了提高国有资产管理水平的思路。

This paper discusses the problems in the practice of property management in colleges and universi ties,including mode of management,management system and management efficiency.It holds that the diverse ownership of property in colleges and universities,feeble routine management of property,extravagance and waste in expenditures and lack of ownership consciousness hinder the improvement of state property management.
