22例服药自杀患儿的心理状态分析与护理

Mentalities and Psychological Nursing of Children Suicide

儿童轻生现象通过近年来的临床资料统计有逐年上升趋势,这与儿童耐受力低、反应性强、对各种不良刺激引起情绪反应极为敏感的心理特点有关。本文报道1995年4月～1998年5月收治22例服药自杀患儿,对其自杀原因、患儿的心理状态及心理疏导方法做了较详细的阐述。提出对自杀患儿护理的要点应在于从心理社会的角度去认识,同时创造一个良好的社会及家庭环境,提高儿童心理素质,是减少儿童轻生的关键。

Children suicide have increased in recent years. It is related to the children' s emotional, sensitive and fragile. This paper studied 22 cases of suicide patients by taking drugs from April 1995 to May 1998. We have analysed in detail the reason of suicide, the severity of stimulation, psychology, the mentalities of patient and the method of psychological therapy we used. It has shown that the nursing of suicide chlidren should be on the psychological society, creating a better society and family environment, rising children's psychological quality, so as to decrease suicide of children.
