中小学教师职业认同的结构与测量 被引量:38

摘要 结合访谈与国内外已有研究基础,编制了中小学教师职业认同问卷。经过对517名中小学教师预测和另外817名中小学教师正式施测,采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对问卷进行分析,结果表明:本研究编制的中小学教师职业认同量表包含17个项目,分属于三个维度:职业认知、职业情感、职业价值。量表具有较好的信效度,可用于测量一线中小学教师的职业认同状况。
