摘要
目的了解糖尿病患者血糖监测频率现状,确定影响血糖监测的相关因素。方法采用横断面描述性研究,以自行设计的资料收集工具,对赣州市糖尿病人进行问卷调查。结果 78.3%的患者不了解血糖控制目标,高达83%的患者不了解血糖控制与糖尿病并发症的关系,患者没有规范进行血糖监测,主要原因是患者不知测量毛细血糖的应有频率(占81.0%),其次为血糖监测费用偏贵(占72.7%)。结论糖尿病人对血糖监测的知识了解不足,需要加强糖尿病病人的健康教育。
Objective： In order to understand the frequency of blood glucose monitoring and ensure the factors that affect the blood glucose monitoring in diabetic patients.Methods： By cross section descriptive study,a questionnaire investigation was carried out in diabetic patients in Ganzhou city with self-designed schedule table.Results： About 78.3% patients didn’t know the control goal of blood glucose,83% patients didn’t know the relation between blood glucose control and diabetic complication,patients didn’t canonically go along blood glucose monitoring.The main reason for which is lack of the knowledge of blood glucose monitoring frequency （about 81.0% patients）,another reason is the high price for monitoring （72.7%）.Conclusion： Diabetic patients don’t have enough knowledge about blood glucose monitoring,more healthy education is needed in diabetic patients.
