Thoughts on the Validity of Education Inspection at the County Level——Taking Jincheng City as an Example

由于起步较晚,发展时间不长,晋城市县级教育督导工作在督导组织和督导队伍建设、督导对象的确定、督导内容选择、督导方法和职能的选择、督导评估方案的制定和督导结果使用等方面还存在一系列问题需要大力加强,以适应教育改革和发展的需要,适应教育管理科学化的需要,适应基础教育均衡发展、持续发展和高质量发展的需要。

Because of a short period of development,the education inspection at the county level in Jincheng,still in it＇s infancy,needs to be strengthen in such aspects as the construction of inspection organization and inspection body,the determination of inspection subject,the choice of inspection content,the choice of inspection method and function,the setting of assessment program,inspection result and so on,which is to fit the need of education reform and development,scientific management of education,and the balanced,sustained and high-qualified development of the elementary education.
