摘要
针对影响汽轮机组效率的因素,研究了改变机组运行方式提高机组效率的途径。在分析了大量运行数据的基础上,将联合考虑负荷和阀点的运行优化方式应用于某600 MW汽轮机组,得到该机组的最佳滑压曲线和最优运行方式。与以往滑压曲线相比,该滑压曲线更准确,更适用于机组实际运行工况,有利于提高机组的运行效率。
Among all the factors influencing steam turbine efficiency,the way to improve the efficiency by changing operation mode of the unit has been studied,which is believed to be an effective one.By analyzing actual operation data and applying optimized operation mode simultaneously considering load and valve point,the optimal sliding pressure curves and optimal operation mode were obtained for a 600 MW steam turbine unit.The sliding pressure curves,compared with previous ones,are more accurate and agree better with actual operation conditions,therefore are beneficial to efficiency improvement of the unit.
