摘要
针对CFB锅炉燃烧系统动态特性的复杂性,提出采用伪随机二进制信号为输入信号的方法,通过计算机编写数据处理和系统辨识程序,并以310 t/hCFB锅炉的现场试验数据为基础,对CFB锅炉燃烧系统动态特性进行辨识建模。该模型各项指标均验证了方法的有效性,为CFB锅炉控制系统的调优和先进控制的实施提供依据。
Based on field test data of a 310 t/h circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler's combustion system,and considering the complexity of its dynamic characteristics,an identification model was established for the dynamic characteristics by taking Pseudo-Random Binary Sequence(PRBS) signal as the input and using computer programs for data-pressing and system identification.The proven model may serve as a reference for adjustment,optimization and advanced control of CFB boilers.
